Sub: Forwarding of e-Dossier of successful candidates through e-Dossier portal on the website of SSC.
Madam/Sir,
I am directed to refer to the above captioned subject and to say that the Commission has been receiving complaints from User Departments (UDs) regarding receiving of fake dossiers with forged signatures of officials/ officers of the Regional Office(s) of the Staff Selection Commission.
2. The matter has been examined in the Commission. To eliminate the possibility of fake dossiers and such associated misuse, the Commission has decided to digitize the entire process of forwarding of dossiers to user departments. Therefore, henceforth, no physical dossiers of qualified candidates will be sent by the Commission to the User Departments. After declaration of the final result of the concerned examination, dossiers of the qualified candidates would be compiled electronically by the commission and will be made available for downloading through e-dossier module on the Commissionโs website, by the Nodal officers nominated by the User Departments at the time of vacancy collection of the examination.
3. Detailed procedure for downloading of the e-dossier would be intimated in due course.
