CLARIFICATION
Sub: Revised Vigilance Clearance Guidelines issued by DoP&T for AIS officers and Central Civil Services.
The undersigned is directed to refer to DoP&Tโs OM No.104/33/2024-AVD-IA dated 09.10.2024 regarding revised Vigilance Clearance Guidelines for AIS officers and Central Civil Services.
2. This department is in receipt of references on the applicability of the aforementioned guidelines to DPC/Promotion. In this regard, it is reiterated that the applicability of the aforementioned guidelines may be perused from its Para 2 and Para 7 for All India Service Officers and Central Civil Service Officers, respectively.
