NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd February, 2025
S.O. 593(E).โIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Central Government hereby adopts the Central Civil Services (CCS) Conduct Rules, 1964 and Central Civil Services (CCS)-Classification, Control and Appeal (CCA) Rules, 1965 for the regular employees of Haj Committee of India.
2. Under the said rules, the Disciplinary Authority, Appellate Authority and Reviewing Authority for regular employees of Haj Committee of India shall be as follows:-
