DEMAND SURVEY FOR HOUSING PROJECT IN BHOPAL
The Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation (CGEWHO) has successfully completed 33 housing projects across India since its inception in 1990. CGEWHO is committed to providing affordable housing exclusively for employees of the Central Government, Central PSUs, State Governments, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, Corporations & Nationalised Banks.
CGEWHO is now conducting a demand survey for a proposed housing project in Bhopal.
Key Details:
- Location: The proposed project will be located on a 4.45-acre plot (Plot number BG-22) in the Misrod Barrai 45 Master Plan Road Scheme near Hoshangabad Connecting Road, Bhopal.
- Project size: Approximately 300 Dwelling Units (DUs) are planned in a multistoried building, with each unit featuring three or four bedrooms. The units will have an approximate Super Built-up Area (SBA) ranging from 1500 to 2000 sq.ft.
- Eligibility: The survey is open only to employees of the Central Government, Central PSUs, State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, Corporation & Nationalised Banks.
- Reservations: 50% of Dwelling Units (DUs) will be reserved for the respondents of the Demand Survey, allocated based on priority.
