Circular for filing Annual Immovable Property Return for the year 2024: Railway Board Circular with Format in Hindi and English

CIRCULAR
Kind attention is invited to Rule 18(1)(ii) of the Railway Services (Conduct) Rules, 1966, as reproduced below:-
“Every railway servant belonging to any service or holding any post included in Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ shall submit an annual return in such form as may be prescribed by the Government in this regard giving full particulars regarding the immovable property inherited by him or owned or acquired by him or held by him on lease or mortgage either in his own name, or in the name of any member of his family or in the name of any other person.”
2. All Group ‘A’ & Group ‘B’ officers posted in Board’s office, including those belonging to RBSS, RBSSS & Misc. Cadre, on deputation to other Organizations, are accordingly, requested to file their Annual Immovable Property Return (AIPR), online in the SPARROW system, for the year 2024 (as on 01.01.2025) by 31.01.2025, positively. AIPRs filed through any other form shall not be accepted, except in such case(s), where officers’ details are not registered/ available in SPARROW for generation of APAR/AIPR, due to some technical issue(s).
3. Further details like navigation tab for IPR module etc. have already been brought out vide Railway Board’s letter No. 2019/SCC/03/01 dated 21.02.2019 (copy enclosed).
