Subject: Grant of revised AICTE pay scales to the Civilian Professional staff of (i) College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune; (ii) Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), MHoW; (iii) Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME), Secunderabad; (iv) Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala; (v) Naval College of Engineering (a part of INA, Ezhimala); and (vi) EME School, Baroda — Issue of Corrigendum.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to this Ministry’s letter of even number dated 26.11.2020 on the above mentioned subject. In partial modification, para 6 of the said letter may be read as: –
“6, Annual process of promotion:-
Stages of promotion of incumbent and newly appointed Assistant Professors/Associate Professors/Professors shall be as per the eligibility and Promotion Criteria prescribed in para 2.9 and para 5.2 of AICTE Notification No 61-1/RIFD/7th CPC/2016 dt 01.03.2019.”
2. All the conditions mentioned in letter dated 26.11.2020 shall come into force w.e.f. the date of AICTE Gazette notification i.e. 01.03.2019.
3. This issues with the concurrence of Defence (Finance) (AG/PA) vide their ID No 1(48)2010/AG/PA/DY No. 211 dated 13.09.2024.
