Review of employees under FR 56(j) has been taken In a mission mode and a performance review is planned by the Government as a part of 100 days target. It is, therefore, requested that all backlogs in service review be cleared expeditiously. It is also advised that due diligence should be shown in ensuring accuracy of the figures being uploaded on the HRMIS portal as these figures are furnished to DoP&T.
2. In this context, attention is invited to DOP&T’s recent OM dated 26.07.2024 on the subject that was circulated vide Board’s letter of even number dated 13.08.24 and all Zonal Railways/ PUs/ TIs were requested to adhere strictly to the schedule prescribed for conducting service review under relevant provisions. Accuracy of the monthly service review figures should be ensured and these figures must be uploaded on the HRMIS portal by 8th of every month in the prescribed format.
