Subject: Guidelines on allocation of Inspector Posts and Assistant Superintendent of Posts to Postal Circles — reg.
Madam/Sir,
I am directed to refer to this office letter number X-07/15/2021-SPN-II dated 15.02.2023 and 03.07.2023 on the above-mentioned subject wherein instructions related to allocation of Inspector Posts (Direct Recruitment & LDCE), Allotment of ASP on promotion and Inter-Circle transfer of Inspector Posts and Assistant Superintendent of Posts were issued.
2. It has been observed that officials are refusing inter-Circle transfer which are approved on their own request and are re-submitting fresh transfer request. Accordingly, in continuation of the aforesaid letters dated 15.02.2023 and 03.07.2023, it has been decided by the Competent Authority that if any IP/ASP submits unwillingness to avail Inter-Circle transfer after issue of transfer order, subsequent transfer request if any of such official will not be considered for a period of one year from the date of issue of transfer order.
3. This order is applicable with immediate effect.
