Subject: Report to monitor the processing of pension cases in Bhavishya in r/o future retirees – regarding

The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject cited above and to inform that a report; namely “Pension monitoring report for future retirees” to reflect the list of future retirees and the position of the processing of their pension cases by HoO on Bhavishya and landing in PFMS has been deployed in the Pension Module of PFMS. This will enable the field accounting units to monitor and review the position of upcoming pension cases.

2. Following are the details of this report:

  1. The report is available on the Login page in PFMS for all User Types in CAM Reports > Pension > Pension monitoring report for future retirees > Select Controller > Select PAO > Select DDO > Select From Date > Select To Date.
  2. All Pr. AO, ACA, Dy. CA, CCA, Pr. CCA and CGA Users will have the access to the list of future retirees ‘ (in next 15 months) in the Pension Module of PFMS. The user will select the respective ‘PAO’ from the drop down and select the respective ‘DDO’. By selecting ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’, the list of future retirees (15 Months) will be shown to the user. Selecting ‘select all’ from the drop down will provide the list of future retirees of all PAOs associated with the controller to all Pr. AO, ACA, Dy. CA, CCA, Pr. CCA and CGA Users. For PAO users, the same will be available for “ALL DDO” associated with PAO. Reset button functionality will be available to clear all selections.
  3. The report will indicate following attributes of pension processing:
    1. PAO Code/PAO Description
    2. DDO Code/DDO Description
    3. Name of the pensioner
    4. Designation
    5. PAN Number
    6. Date of Birth
    7. Date of retirement
    8. Date of End of Service
    9. Head of Office landing date
    10. PFMS landing date
  4. As may be seen from above, the fields ‘Date of retirement/Date of end of Service’, ‘HoO landing date’, PFMS landing date will reflect whether the pension case of future retirees are processed on time, whether and when it has been cleared by HoO, and whether and when it has been received in the Pension module for processing the payment of pensionary benefits and issuance of e-PPO.
  5. All Pr. CCAs/ CCAs/ CAs and users of respective field accounting units are requested to use this report for more effective monitoring and review of upcoming pension cases.
