COMMENTS
Cabinet may kindly approve the CRC recommendations sent with regard to 16 services without further delay in the interest of Justice. I would like to specifically mention with regard to Indian Legal Service which was totally neglected and particularly in Railway. Since better put up candidates are neglected giving promotion to Junior and less put up in many aspects, it is essential to consider all the Legal Professionals from the first time qualifying in the written examn of LA in indian Railway duly rectifying the delay in Promotions where as subsidary and auxiliary staff are given higher Grade Pay and other allowances.
