Sub: Removal of Health Care Organizations from the list of Empaneled Hospitals under CGHS Bengaluru.
With reference to above subject cited, the following hospitals are not extending credit facilities to the
beneficiaries despite several reminders and they have not submitted the revised Performance Bank Guarantee. Hence they are being de-empaneled from the list of Empaneled Hospitals with immediate effect.
