Why PS/Stenographers cadre is not included in this category for upgradation. PS/Steno cadre have been excluded from all categories of consideration therefore facing terrible stagnation. Im stuck with more than 10 years in same grade ?
As per the circular, in order to implement order, level 1 posts are to be surrendered to meet with the additional expenditure. But so far as the ministerial cader is concerned, there is no recruitment in level 1 and recruitment is done in level 2 as junior clerk and further promotions. It is not clear, how restructuring in this cader will be implemented.
