With reference to written request received from Empaneled HCO Samvedana Happiness Hospital, Ahmedabad & as per terms and conditions of MoA; Samvedana Happiness Hospital, Ahmedabad is hereby De-empaneled from the empaneled HCOs list of CGHS Ahmedabad w.e.f 03/10/2022. However, Samvedana Happiness Hospital, Ahmedabad is instructed to provide  treatment to the admitted/under treatment CGHS beneficiaries till completion of their treatment.
