ORDER
In supersession of this Department’s earlier Orders No.J-11016/1/2019-Judicial dated 01.02.2019 read with Order dated 31.01.2022, No.J-11016/1/2019-Judicial-Pt.1 dated 08.03.2019 read with Order dated 17.03.2022 and No.J-11016/1/2019-Judicial-Pt.1 dated 02.04.2019 relating to engagement / extension of terms of Advocates for conducting Central Government litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the President is pleased to engage the following Advocates as Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’/Group ‘C’ Panel Counsel, as mentioned in the tab le below, for conducting Central Government litigation before the Supreme Court of India for a period of three years with effect from the date of this Order or until further orders, whichever is earlier:

2. The terms & conditions of the engagement of aforesaid Advocates will be governed by this Department’s OM No.21(4)/00-Judl. dated 24.09.1999 read with OM No.26(1)204/Judl. dated 01.10.2015 and instructions issued subsequently through OMs. The aforesaid OMs are available on the website of this Department, i.e., www.legalaffairs.gov.in in the tab ‘Judicial Section’ under heading ‘Circulars pertaining to litigations’.
