Retired Employee Portal for Air India Employees: Last date for verifying data – 31st October, 2021

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Kindly Verify your Data.
   
2. All inputs except Scale and Basic are Mandatory.
   
3. If your Emp No. does not exist in the system, Register using “Click Here ” button available at the top right corner.
   
4. You may update the data with latest actual information if different from the available information in your record.
   
5. Before Submitting make sure that the information is correct because no further changes will be possible online.
   
6. After Verifying Click on Submit button for submission of data.
   
7. After Submit Click on Print icon for printing/downloading Self Declaration Form.
   
8. Retired Employees who have not been allotted SAP No. can use Old Emp No in place of SAP No.
   
9. Please ensure that Aadhar Card details of Self/ Family are readily available before you start filling out the form.
   
10. Information on erstwhile grades is sought due to their prevalence as a matter of familiarity.
    
11. All Retired Employees are are required to submit following to office of GM-Pers / Station Manager ( In India) –
    1. Self-Declaration Form along with Photograph/s
    2. Self- Certified copies of Medical/Passage booklet pages having
       • Details of Employee
         
       • Proof of contribution made for membership of Medical Benefit Scheme of the Company
