MINISTRY OF HEATLH AND FAMILY WELFARE
New Delhi, the 26th February, 2021
G.S.R. 22 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Store Officer in the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Store Officer (Group ‘A’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with two years regular service in level 9 in the pay matrix (Rs.53100- 167800) in the parent cadre or department; or (iii) with two years regular service in level 8 in the pay matrix (Rs.47600- 151100) in the parent cadre or department, and (b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience: Educational qualifications: (i) Master Degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration from recognised university or institute; (ii) post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in Materials Management or Warehousing Management or Purchasing or Logistics or Public Procurement from recognised university or institute; and (iii) two year experience in handling stores and keeping accounts in a store or concern of Central Government or State Government or statutory or autonomous organisation or public sector undertaking or universities or any recognised institution or banks. OR (i) Bachelors degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration from a recognised university or institute; (ii) Diploma in Materials Management or Warehousing Management or Purchasing or Logistics or Public Procurement from a recognised university or institute; and (iii) four years experience in handling stores and keeping accounts in a store or concern of Central or State Government or statutory or autonomous organisation or public sector undertaking or universities or any recognised institution or banks. Note1: Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another Ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note2: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six year as on the closing date of receipt of application. |

G.S.R. 23.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Bombay, Cook Recruitment Rules1991, in so far as they relate to the post of Cook, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Cook in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Cook (Group ‘C’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classifications, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

Essential: (i) Matriculation (ii) A skill test for cooking shall be conducted to assess the suitability of the candidate Note 1: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission for the reasons to be recorded in writing in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Note 2: Qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission for the reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, if, at any stage of selection the Staff Selection Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates belonging to these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
