Grievances pertaining to pension/family pension cases in lieu of All India Pension Adalat to be organised by Central Vigilance Commission

Sub: – All India Pension Adalat to be organised during the December, 2020 regarding.
Sir/Madam,
Keeping in view the preventive measures to contain COVID-19 disease, Pension Adalat in respect of officials/officers who retired from Central Vigilance Commission, could not be held during December, 2020 and till date.
2. However, in order to minimise grievance(s) pertaining to pension/family pension cases of officials/officers who retired from Central Vigilance Commission, all concerned, namely, officers/officials [who retired from Central Vigilance Commission] or their family pensioners/representative, are requested to forward their grievance(s), if any, [in writing] alongwith photocopies of following supporting document(s) to the undersigned’s e-mail address [email protected] or postal address [Officer on Special Duty, Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi 110023:-
(a) Name of pensioner
(b) Date of Birth and Date of Death of pensioner/family pensioner
(c) Designation of pensioner at the time of retirement
(d) Complete Pension Payment Order [PPO] booklet
(e) Date/Year of Retirement
(f) Complete postal address and mobile/telephone number of pensioner/family pensioner.
(h) Identity proof [Aadhar Card/Voter Card/Driving Licence/Bank passbook etc. of family pensioner/representative.
(g) Complete postal address of pension disbursing authority [bank] etc.
3. Further, decision to hold Pension Adalat would be taken as and when situation improves.

COMMENTS
It is good to hear that All India Pension adalt i being conducted. Pension is paid based on the last drawn salary.
And there is aa adalt for the grievances on pension if any. There is no such for the grievance is salary/pay fixation.
When the salary is wrongly fixed and paid, the pension will also be wrong. Such employees fate? where they will go for such correction of pay? Will any body guide?
My salary was wrongy fixed and I am fighting for the same fo about 10 yrs in service and recommended for correction But not happened even after 10+years of my retirement. When I referred the issue in D0P&PW they verified and said the pension is paid as per basic pay and they have nothing to do with my case.
CAN ANY ONE GUIDE ME PROPERLY TO REGULARISE MY CASE? The loss to me in service,is about 5 L, besides settlemt ,gratuty, pension benifits. Further it affected my pension benifits from June 2010 and in enhanced pension benifits from Jan 2016 onwards.
The total sofar is 5+L
