The GOI is not giving benefit of HIGH COURT JUDGEMENTS.It is not clear why lakhs of pensioners are dragged for further litigation.NO GOVT IS GENEROUS AND ALWAYS DRAGS ON.IT IS SAID GOI IS GREATEST Litigant IN INDIA.HOW TRUE IT IS.
I am a Haryana Govt. Pensioner and wants to know any specific orders in view of the Supreme Court judgment that enhanced pension of 20% from the start of 80 ie on completion of 79 yrs of age to be paid to retired employee. Please clarify whether the enhanced pension will commence from the first day of the 80th.age or on completion of 80 years of age
In this context, as per the admissible Rules/provisions, additional pension shall be payable from first day of the calendar month in which it falls due and not from the date of completion of 80 years of age. For example, a pensioner born either on 01.08.1942 or on 20.08.1942 shall be eligible for additional pension at the rate of 20% of the basic pension with effect from 01.08.2022
Determination of relevant date from which senior retired AIS officers should be paid additional 20% of basic pension.
In view of the supreme Court order that enhanced pension of 20℅ from the start of 80 i.e. on completion of 79 yrs of age to be paid the Govt Department of Pension has not issued any specific orders in accordance with supreme court order.pleasd clarify whether the enhanced pension will commence from the first day of the 80th age or on completion of 80 years of age BUG NO RESPONSE SO FAR TO MY WUERRY
