Zonal Railways are submitting the information regarding ‘Work to Manpower Ratio’ for 15 selected activities in prescribed format by 10th of every month.

The compiled position of all railways, including information about best MPR and average MPR, is uploaded on the website of Efficiency and Research Directorate at http://www.indianrailways.gov.in. Presently compiled data of all selected activities for Oct 2020 may be seen at this web site.

All Railway units should regularly visit the website and make efforts to achieve IR MPR average (as directed vide Board’s letter at ref.(ii) above) for these activities by utilizing/rationalizing the man power in an effective manner.
