OFFICE MEMORANDUM
As per Office Memorandum No. 51-33/CGHS/KOL/Emp/2014/2568-2617 dated 2ih February, 2019, Pulse Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd at 75, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata – 700 026, was empanelled under CGHS, Kolkata as a NABH & NABL accredited Diagnostic Centre.
The aforesaid Diagnostic Centre is hereby de-empanelled and removed from the list of with effect from approved HCOs under CGHS, Kolkata as requested by them vide their letter No. Nil dated 19th January 2021 .
