Sub: Revision of flat rate of licence fee (standard Rent) for residential accommodation all Indian Railways w.e.f. 01.07.2020.
Ref: Boardโs Letter No. F(X)I-2002/11/2 dated 05.11.2020.
Please refer letter under reference regarding the flat rates of licence fee (Standard Rent) for residential accommodation all over Indian Railways effective from 01.07.2020. Para-2 of the letter may please be read as under-
โThe revised rates which were due w.e.f. 01.07.2020 will be effective from 01.07.2020. Further, revised rate as on 01.07.2020 will now be the fresh base for 10% increase per year for subsequent years, in terms of Boardโs letter of even number dated 11.03.2019โ.
2. Other provisions mentioned in letter dated 05.11.2020 shall remain unchanged.
