Senior Accountant Group B post Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2020 – Ministry of Coal Nominated Authority

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th August, 2020
G.S.R. 503(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 6 of the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015 (11 of 2015), the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Coal Nominated Authority – Senior Accountant Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement:—
(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Coal Nominated Authority Senior Accountant Group ‘B’ post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Coal Nominated Authority – Senior Accountant Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2017,—
(a) in rule 6, after the words “Scheduled Tribes”, the word “Other Backward Classes” shall be inserted;
(b) in the Schedule,—
(i) in column 11, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely,:—
“Deputation (including short term contract):
Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Recognised Research Institutions or Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisations.
(A) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
(ii) with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 5 of pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
(iii) with eight years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 4 of pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and
(B) who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and possessing two years’ experience of cash, accounts and budget work.
Note: Period of deputation (including short term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.”
