Order

Approval of Hon’ble Human Resource Minister and Chairman, NVS is hereby conveyed for use of the undisputed portion of the land measuring 2.88 Acre, situated at Bihta. Patna, out of total 17 Acres, allotted/transferred in favour of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for construction of JNV Patna as the extended premises of JNV Bikram, Distt. Patna and the premises of NVS Regional Office, Patna. Copy of the Note Sheet  is hereby attached for reference.

NVS RO is directed to take immediate possession of the aforesaid land and to initiate the process for construction of the extended premises  of JNV Patna and office of NVS Regional Office, Patna. In addition, necessary action for vacating the illegal encroachment on the remaining portion of the total 17 acres of land, allotted/transferred for JNV Patna may be taken.

 This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
