Subject : – Freezing of Dearness Allowance to employees drawing CDA pay scales at current rates till July, 2021-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to forward herewith a copy of the Department of Expenditure (DOE)’s OM No. 1/1/2020-E.II(B) dated 23rd April, 2020 regarding freezing of Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief of Central Government employees and Pensioners, for bringing the same to the notice of Central Public Sectors Enterprises(CPSEs), under your administrative control for necessary action.

Has this government been so poor that one incident of Corona has made them so very much shaky . Meagre amount of DA is very small compared to the unholy numerous pensions enjoyed by MPs & MLAs just after looting for 5 years. Why nobody is speaking about the inpropotionate assets created by politicians in just 5 years ?
The governments don’t mind writing off lakhs of crores of NPA, but get pinched when it comes to DA/DR. SAD
