Sub:- Refixation of pay scale of DEOs ‘A’ in the pay scale of Rs.1150-1500 in the DAD in view of Hon’ble Supreme Court order dated 09/12/2014 in SLPs CA 10862/2014, 10863-10864/2014, 10865/2014, 10866/2014 and 10867/2014
Hqr. Office vide its URGENT/MOST IMMEDIATE Circular No. AN/ XIV / 14162/ DEO/ Recovery/Misc/ DAD dated 23/01/2020 (copy enclosed) has circulated that Ministry of Defence(Fin) has conveyed the decision/approval vide its Dy. No.1542/C/DAD/19 dated 03/01/2020 that the grant of higher pay scales to DEO GP’A’ wef 01/01/1986 has not been accepted by MoF, DoE. However, it has also been decided to set aside the recovery and to carry out correction of pay in r/o DEOs by the Department as per entitlement.
2) In the light of above, it is requested to forward the names of all the affected DEOs in this regard on urgent/most immediate basis preferably by mail anpaypcoa.dad[at]hub.nic.in/return fax so that revised pay fixation to be completed before 31st March, 2020 as per ibid Hqrs. Instruction.
3) A NIL report may also be sent in this regard.
4) Receipt of the circular should be acknowledged.
5) Please also accord top most priority.
