Sub : Payment of Night Duty Allowance- regarding seeking of clarification.
Ref: OF Muradnagar letter No. LB/Misc/NDA/2017 dated 10/3/2018.
With reference to the above, it is clarified that since the latest Instruction No.3519/2017/Per/Policy dated 21/11/2017 has been issued on receipt of authorisation from MOD and subsequent concurrence of PCA(Fys), the effective date of NDA without ceiling would be the date of issue of the said clarification i.e. 21/11/2017.
02. In view of the above, Factory is advised to deal with the matter accordingly.
