    There is no promotional monitory benefits only next designation changes. If MACP upgradrations basic pay changes to next matrix level from that date.

    Dear sir/Madam
    I am an employee of armed forces. My date of next increment is July 2019. Now, I am due for promotion on 01 Apr 2019. Which option will be more beneficial for fixation of my pay on promotion? Date of promotion or date of next increment?
