Why did they make lower disability pension for defence compared to civilians. People will go to court & govt will have to reverse it's decision. Why are they wasting time of court or it is deliberate delay in pay out ?

The circular calls the members of JCM, which does not have any member from the Armed Forces.
Are these chaps going to take a decision regarding Disability Pension of the Armed Forces ?
Does the Government understand who is the affected lot ? Or they have already decided against the Armed Forces and getting it approved by JCM to enhance the rift between Armed Forces and the Civilians ?
