MESSAGE

Sub: Meeting of the Committee set up to examine feasibility of implementation of recommendations of 7th CPC for revision of pension of pre-2016 pensioners-reg.

Responding to the invitation extended by the Secretary (Pension) Ministry of Personnel, PG & Pension, DoP&PW; thc JCM leaders participated in the discussions on the issue of implementation of Option l, recommended by the 7th CPC which is main recommendation for revising the Pension of Pensioners and to give them satisfaction.
During discussions, the JCM (Staff Side) insisted that the pay Commissions recommendations as already accepted by the Government should be implemented.
After discussion it was decided to have another meeting on 17th October 2016. The President NFIR, Shri Guman Singh participated in the meeting held on 06th October 2016.

    In addition to stressing for the acceptance of the option 1 as an already accepted one, our Association could also bring out the feasibility of building up of the records of those pensioners for whom the records could be unavailable or incomplete etc., as per established practices and on that score, rejecting the recommendation would be a gross injustice to the pre 2016 pensioners. It could be relatively a small number whose records would be incomplete/missing and should not be considered as a major constraint for non-acceptance of the same.

    Why a special treatment for a constituency just because it is held by a VIP politicians. Facilities must be extended everywhere on principles of equality and fair play.

      is prime minister not doing anything for his consituency as promised before election? why special treatment for varansi as why not to other town?

  • CGHS facility /Hospital may pl.be provided at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.Being the constituency of Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi ,this facility may be provided on priorty.

      Sir,I am upset at present service activities. Unless GoI takes favourable defence pension decision for active soldiers fighting day and night.
