COMMENTS
Still there is no government Order on stepping up of senior employee at par with junior DR without any incubement as already Staff side has agreed anamoly of 6 CPC.as I am having only one post in my school is there any order pl let me know thanq
An efficient leader need no commissions, but commitment.
Many anomalies will arise and a day to day solution will be needed and how many sittings this committee will be holding in a month, is a questionable item. Official side comprises high ranking officials but they wont be able to give their valuable time for full justifica and they should havetion to this committee. Govt should have practical approach to the problem and instead of such high ranking officials, officers expert in service matters should have been appointed
There is no use of such Committees. Anomaly Committee formed after VI CPC has agreed minimum pay for promotees at par with Direct Recruitment. However the same was rejected by then Finance Minister. On further progress took place.
Hey guys dont worry these union leaders are trying hardly to fullfill the demands by atleast by 2026. Please have some patience what is the hurry?
Many anomalies caused by 6CPC are still remaining unresolved. In 6CPC the maximum beneficiaries are those in Pay Band-4 as their multiplication factor was as high as 3.3 where as the multiplication factor in Pay Band-1, Pay Band-2 and Pay Band-3 was as low as 2. (Take the example of those whose Grade Pay was Rs.8700.). This was the major injustice done to those employees belonging to Pay Band-1, Pay Band-2 and Pay Band-3. The same injustice was not rectified at all in spite of representation. The members of the anomaly committee were all from Pay Band-4 and they did not understand the grievances of Pay Band-1, Pay Band-2 and Pay Band-3.
Now the 7CPC recommendation is like a still-born baby. No incubator will give life to that baby. 7CPC, Empowered Committee, High Level Committee are like the Nuclear Bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Hats off to Justice Mathur and his team who have developed these bombs.
Too many cooks spoil the broth. Too many Committees/Councils after 7 CPC would ruin all the Central Govt servants
