Honorarium for checking of pay fixation cases and revision of pension cases of 6th CPC: AICAEA writes to CGA

With reference to the discussion in the meeting held between the official side and the staff side under your Chairpersonship on 6th November,
2015 it may be brought to your kind notice that, after implementation of recommendations of every central pay commissions, the Civil Accounts Employees of
different cadres were granted honorarium at fixed rates by your office for checking of pay fixation and pension cases and such type of recognition to their
services had enthused them. But no such benefit was extended to the employees and officers after the recommendations of 6CPC were implement and it is
inspite of the fact that the recommendations 6CPC were very complicated in comparison to the recommendations of rest of the CPCs and the employees and
officers had to take exhaustive effort to dispose off the works within the time frame fixed for the same by the authorities.

The Controller General of Defence Accounts vide order No:- AT/11/0187/VICPS/HON dated 21.01.2009 granted honorarium for different cadres. A copy of the
order is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.

We therefore, request you to kindly issue orders granting honorarium to the officials who had dealt with the revision of pay fixation cases and the pension
cases at the following rates:-
