About CGEWHO: CGEWHO is an autonomous body under the aegis of Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India.

Location: CGEWHO is in possession of land at Plot NO. 7 Sector P-4 (Phi-2, Builders Area, Near Unitech Heights, Greater Noida).

ABOUT SCHEME: The project comprises of 2130 dwelling units being constructed in an area of 30 acres (approximately) out of 38 acres land available with CGEWHO. Though major part of the DUs are already subscribed there are few vacancies in all types of DUs. Applications are invited from Priority -I, II & III categories as per CGEWHO Rules for allotment in CGEWHO’s Housing Scheme at Greater Noida. (The registrants who were unsuccessful in the Draw as well as registrants who have since withdrawn and shown their willingness to revise their application shall be given overriding priority).

ELIGIBILITY: Applications are invited from the following categories, Priority-wise under CGEWHO Rules.

1. Priority – I: Central Government Employees serving or retired and spouses of the deceased Central Govt. employees.

2. Priority – II: Employees in service of Central PSUs, State Governments, Union Territory Administration, Autonomous Bodies, Corporations, Nationalized Banks etc and serving uniformed employees of the Ministry of Defence and serving employees of M/o Railways.

3. Priority-III: General Public.

Note: a) lf the applications received are more than the available DUs, the allotments will be made in the order of priorities as mentioned above.

b) If the applications received in a particular priority outnumber the vacancies, the allotment shall be decided through draw of lots.

c) Individuals owning residential property in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse in the limit of the town/city in Greater Noida will not be eligible for the scheme.

3. Lighting and fire safety arrangements.

4. DG backup to all common areas/lifts and dedicated load to flats.

5. A Multipurpose Community Centre with swimming pool, banquet hall, gymnasium etc.

6. Automated boom barriers at exit and entry point.

7. Provision of PNG from IGL.

8. Defect liability period of 24 months from date of completion of the project.

9. Quality control and structural design vetting by IIT Roorkee.

10. Construction linked payments.

SALE OF APPLICATION:

Interested applicants may obtain the brochure containing the rules of Allotment for CGEWHO’s Greater Noida housing Scheme on payment of Rs. 100/- w.e.f. 20/10/2015 in cash or through Bank Draft in favour of CEO, CGEWHO payable at New Delhi, from any of the following locations:

i) CGEWHO’s Head Office at New Delhi.

ii) By downloading from CGEWHO’s official website (www.cgewho.in). In such a case, Rs. 100/- may be added towards cost of application Form.

RECEIPT OF APPLICATION & LAST DATE:

Duly completed applications are to be sent to the CGEWHO’s Head Office only, latest by 20/11/2015.
