Subiect:- Revision of Pensions of Pre-2006 Pensioners.
As a consequence to OM No. 38/37/08-P&PW (A) dated 30th July, 2015 by Department of Pension & Pensioner’s Welfare, a large number of pension cases which had been revised w.e.f. 24.09.2012 need to be again revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and in addition the relevant cases which have not been revised w.e.f. 24.09.2012 are also to be revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006.
In this connection, attention is invited to CPAO’s OM No. CPAO/Tech/ Pre-2006 Revision/2015-16/708-855 dated 25.08.2015. The list of such cases has been provided on CPAO’s website under PAO login and also under Principal Accounts Office login. It is informed that NIC, O/o CGA is in process of reopening e-revision utility for revisions alongwith revised formats of e-revision authority. It is expected that the same will be completed within this week and available for use of all PAOs. Meanwhile, it is advised to complete all manual work and keep records ready to work on e-revision utility. In emergent cases, the Special Seal Authority may be sent manually to CPAO by PAOs.

In continuation of my comment on 7-9-2015, I am to state that the CPAO had forwarded consolidated revision Authority of each CPPC for further processing and payment at the earliest in his letter dated
4-9-2015. Thanks to the CPAO.

Dear Sir,
Many thanks for segregating into 3 categories as per OM dated 25-8-2015 IN respect of category 2 ,it is requested to arrange to feed in the website of CPAO of whose PPOnos were sent to which CPPC and on what date,sothat the concerned retiree will know as to which date his case was sent to his CPPC and he can work out roughly as to which date he can get arrears and make plan to repay the loans taken for the education and marriage of his children.Similar arrangements were made while forwarding revised Authority for the revision from 24-9-2012.This will help not only for me but for all.
I have sent mail on 31-8-2015 at 3.28 pm regarding this.
