RESOLUTION
No. 21034/8/2015-OL(Trg.) – The orders of the President, on the recommendations made by the Committee of Parliament on Official Language in the third part of its report were conveyed vide this Department Resolution No. 13015/1/91-OL(D), dated 4th November 1991 in accordance with Section 4 (4) of the Official Language Act, 1963 (as amended 1967). In partial modification of the orders laid down in para-5 of the said Resolution, it was ordered, vide Resolution No. 21034/18/2008-OL(Trg.) dated 22nd April, 2008 that the training in Hindi imparted to the employees of the offices located in all the regions (viz. ‘A’ ‘B’ and ‘C’ ) would be completed by the end of the year 2015.
2. The President, in further partial modification of the said Resolution, has now ordered that the training in Hindi imparted to the employees of the Central Government offices located in all the regions (viz. ‘A’ ‘B’ and ‘C’) may be completed by the end of the year 2025.

Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be sent to all Ministries/Departments of the Govt. of India, all State Governments and Union Territories, the President’s Secretariat, the Vice President Secretariat, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Cabinet Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Office, Union Public Service Commission, Niti Ayog, Comptroller and Auditor General of India, the Registrar General of Supreme Court of India, the University Grants Commission, the Law Commission of India and the Bar Council of India.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.

सं0 21034/8/2015-राभा(प्रशि)- संसदीय राजभाषा समिति के तीसंरे प्रतिवेदन में की गई सिफारिशों के संबंध में राष्ट्रपति के आदेश राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963 (यथा-संशोधित,1967) की धारा 4 (4) के अंतर्गत इस विभाग के दिनांक 4 नवंबर 1991 के संकल्प संख्या 13015/1/91-राभा (घ) के द्वारा सूचित किए गए थे। इस संकल्प के पैरा 5 के तहत दिए गए आदेश में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए दिनांक 22 अप्रैल 2008 के संकल्प संख्या 21034/18/2008-राभा(प्रशि) के तहत ये आदेश दिया गया था कि सभी क्षेत्रों (अर्थात “क”, ”ख” एवं “ग”) में स्थित कार्यालयों के कर्मचारियों को हिंदी का प्रशिक्षण वर्ष 2015 के अंत तक पूरा कर लिया जाए।
2. उक्त संकल्प में पुन: आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए राष्ट्रपति ने अब यह आदेश दिया है कि सभी क्षेत्रों (अर्थात “क’,”ख” एवं “ग”) में स्थित केंद्रीय सरकार के कार्यालयों के कर्मचारियों को हिंदी का प्रशिक्षण वर्ष 2025 के अंत तक पूरा कर लिया जाए।

आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालय/विभागों, सभी राज्य सरकारों तथा सभी संघ शासित क्षेत्रों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, उप राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, नीति आयोग, भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक, भारत के उच्च्तम न्यायालय के महारजिस्ट्रार, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग, भारत का विधि आयोग तथा बार काउंसिल आफ इंडिया काे भेजी जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सार्वजनिक सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।
