Subject:Commencement of online booking of Touring Officer’s Hostel/Guest House in Nizam Place, Kolkata.
Renovation work in B Block of Guest House, Nizam Place, Kolkata has been completed by CPWD. It has been decided to commence online booking of room available in B Block may be made with immediate effect. Details of Booking Authority are as follow:

2. Guest House is located in Nizam Place, Kolkata. Address of CPWD authority is Executive Engineer, Kolkata Central Division-I, CPWD, Nizam Place, Kolkata. Demand Draft should be in favour of Estate Manager, Kolkata payable at Kolkata. In respect of Booking Agency i.e. Directorate of Estates, demand draft should be in favour of Assistant Director of Estates (Cash), New Delhi payable at New Delhi. Guest House Kolkata comes under category `A’ and accordingly, booking charges will be applicable in terms of Directorate of Estates Office Memorandum No. D-11028/23/82-Regions (Vol. II) dated 10th July, 2012 till the further revision of the rates of room charges. Sir, I am retired employee under the Min.of Information and B`casting, Doordarshan Kendra, Agartala as a Accountant. I am not able to book room Nizm palace at Kokkata as I am coming Kolkata for treatment of my wife. There, you are requested to kindly provide me the system how to book room for 4 days as the same mail i/d has been changed. Kindly help me.

Receptionist misbehaved with me…..not giving any essentials in the room even after delay in check in for 1 hour….batgroom very dirty n bed is not givrn with bedsheet in the vip suite …room ….dont know what service they provide in standard rooms….very disappointed
