ASSOCIATION OF JUNIOR ENGINEERS CENTRAL WATER COMMISSION

PREFACE

 The Government of India in its wisdom and taking cognizance of the emoluments, grievances, problems and plights of the employees has been pleased to appoint the SEVENTH CENTRAL PAY COMMISSION under the Chairmanship of Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur vide Resolution 1/1/2013- E.III (A) dt: 28.02.2014 in order to study in depth, about the pay structure including allowances etc. and service conditions of Central Govt., Employees and to make specific recommendations to the Government of India. 

The Association of Junior Engineers, Central Water Commission Ministry of Water Resources feels pleasure in acknowledging with gratitude, the appointment of the Seventh Pay Commission, for the revision of the pay structure of all the employees of the Central Government.

The Association takes the opportunity to place before the Commission, its grievances as well as barest minimum requirements and requests the Commission for implementing the suggestions made therein and hope for justice.

 The Association is also looking forward to have an opportunity to justify our suggestions before the SEVENTH CENTRAL PAY COMMISSION in person with reasons.
