in cases where the existing pensioner/family pensioner was in receipt

eligible for family pension, if he/she otherwise fulfils the conditions
for grant of Fixed Medical Allowance.

I am a central pensioner after serving Dept. of Atomic Energy (DAE) for 30 years and another 9 years in Dept. of Science & Technology (DST) both under Government of India. Unfortunately neither of them are paying any medical assistance since my Superannuation. DAE is replying to my request once in a way for the past 4 years giving a stereo type reply that CHSS for Permanently absorbed in central Autonomous bodies is under the consideration. Unfortunately, I have not been paid even a single Rupee for the past 4 years by either DAE or DST, grossly violating various High Court and Supreme Court orders. Should the authorities take years and years to take a decision on a simple matter on health care of senior citizens showing total negligence to mankind mostly senior citizens after serving Govt of India for 39 years?
