Subject: Revision of consultation/visiting/injection fee of
Authorized Medical Attendants (AMAs) under CS (MA) Rules, 1944- regarding.

Sir/Madam,

Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
vide circular No. S.14025/10/2010-MS dated 17th March, 2011 has
revised the consultation/visiting/injection fee of AMA’s as per rates prescribed
here under:-

1.            Consultation
fees

                First
Consultation:  100/-

                Subsequent
Consultation:  60/-

                Injection
Fees

                Intramuscular/Subcutaneous:
20/-

                Intravenous:
40/-

2.            Medical
Licentiates and Medical Graduates (MBBS or equivalent)

                Consultation
fees           

                First
Consultation: 70/-

                Subsequent
Consultation: 40/-

                Injection
Fees

                Intramuscular/Subcutaneous:
20/-

                Intravenous:
40/-

These orders will be effective from the date of issue of
above said circular and will supersede the previous orders issued on the
subject.  Further, there are no separate
charges for day/night visits.

You are requested to please inform your staff & officers
for availing the treatment facilities from AMAs on the revised rates.
