Me too, lucky winner (unlucky, if the price is manipulated). Inside news 1150/ sq ft is the rate ! More than that, friends, be ready to move the court after filing and taking all information through RTI.

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

too low for the area…proprty there will always be around 2500…1150 is not digestable..

    • faltu.com 12 years ago

2000 to 2500 can be justified, but over phone they told 2700, now on 28th they told 3000. i do not know, how will they justify it, when cost of land (acquisition) was 130 per Sq-ft in 2010. any way we will request for cost justification.
Govt made projects are normally costly, but they can not depend on area rates, as land was bought long back (1996, stone ages for property rates)

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

this project is not going to work out…everyone will withdraw at 3000 yaar…who will invest when reputed builders are selling at 3000 in noida extension…

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

who told that the land was acquired on 2006???

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

the land acquired may be at stone ages but the additional FAR purchased was very costly( they claim it)….effectively we can calculate the total cost of project at Rs 3000 psf x ( total square feet to be created ) calculating it ..i get the result at around 1100 crores….the cgewho project is costing us 1100 crore of which the cost of land bought in 1996 is just 10 crores….hahaha CGEWHO STOP BEFOOLING US…

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

hurrrrayyy… I have been allotted C type flat in todays draw……
letc c how much cost dey wll charge…..any idea…..

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Hello I have opted for type-C without much considerations. Now if i get the lucky draw, i would like to mutually change it to type-A or B. If anybody would like to change mutually ..plz intimate me.. Kishore

Let us hope for a smooth run to the completion of housing complex

draw of lots is only 3 days away…

overall layout and Building floor plan is eagerly awaited

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

let us sincerely hope ki rates private builders se kam ho aur time and cost overruns are avoided…but the real risk is the true cost of the flat is visible in the last instalment…as was in the case of jaipur where they shocked the beneficiaries by increasing cost 25-30 % in the last instalment….hey bhagwan why doesnt CAG catch hold of these people.

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

good inputs… I have never seen any cgewho housing complex…atleast never from inside..

anyone knows what is the quality and public space provided in any CGEWHO housing complexes in delhi ?

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

when is the building plan and layout expected?

      and ofcourse rate/price !

The total area of land is roughly around 0.5 kilometer x 0.5 kilometer (measured by google earth ruler) 500 meter x 500 meter = 1650 ft x 1650 ft roughly… = 27,22,500 sqft.
With highrises in mind there can be very good open space around the buildings I believe.
If planned well it can be nice place to stay..- Formula 1 race track is around 10 Kilometers from here…

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

At this point of time greater noida is far away from where the action si… so I would expect the rates to be low… It is already 55 km away from delhi airport and about 45 km from New delhi railwaya station ( agreed one doesn't go to railwaya station and airport everyday but still..)

Moreover I would expect a difference of Rs 1000/- per square ft from that of private builders.

There is one good thing though that the rates are still far far far better than what they have in Mumbai… they have such a rotten rate going on due to builder politician nexus..

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Unless there is significant monetary advantage it will remain seriously debatable to go for this scheme… what say???

I am expecting a good economic leverage from cgewho… afterall that is what CGEWHO's prime objective…

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

check the fate of various cgewho schemes…and there is more …in fact all the schemes of cgewho have looted the poor government servants.BE CAUTIOUS WHILE INVESTING.

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

      Good links mate…

This area is close to Unitech heights…and one airforce welfare assoc… anyone has any idea about the construction there?

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

cgewho has already befooled the applicants…when the scheme was announced the property rates in greater noida were 2000 ( or even lss in dec 2010) we invested then keeping hope on a so called no profit no lloss policy..now if they sell at more than that and escalate further we have been robbed of our investment opportunity which we had 2 years back…plus those looking for investmet try to understand that greater noida does not have resale market for flats now ( or even 5 years from now) since occupancy rates are still low . end users will have no choice however…the only solution is RTI USE KARO TRY TO FIND OUT HOW DO THEY CALCULATE THE COST . THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN ASK FOR A >2000 RATE IS IF THEY ESCALATE THE LAND PRICES…AND THEY WILL DO THAT…HOW SENSIBLE IS IT FOR A NO PROFIT NO LOSS BODY TO ESCALTE LAND PRICES AT THE SAME RATE AS THE MARKET PLAYERS…PLUS HOW DO THEY ACCOUNT FOR THE 25 ODD CRORE OF INTERST MONEY THEY HV ACCUMULATED. IRWO HAVE ANNOUNCED THE RATES OF THEIR FLATS AT 2700 IN NOIDA EXTENSION EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE NOT PURCHASED LAND FROM GNIDA ..CGEWHO OWNS THE LAND SINCE 1996..MOREOVER THEY ARE BUILDIND 2100 FLATS AS AGAINST 400 OF IRWO…MOREOVER PROPERTY RATES OF NOIDA EXTENSION ARE MORE THAN GN…APPLICANTS RISE UP U HV BEEN CHEATED ONCE ,,,DONT GET CHEATED AGAIN

    Type A : Applicants 404 : Flats 104

    Tera kya hoga Kaliya?

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

    Thanks for the data buddy…

scene is great for type D

At Unitech heights the rates are areoung Rs 3000/- to 3500/- per sqft as per magicbricks…
How much should the rte be for us?
I guess it should be around Rs 2000/- (or less) per sqft considering that land was acquired long back at very low rates…

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

Thanks for the data of no. of applicants vis-a-vis no. of DUs as also about the prevalent rates in GN area. Of late, I have heard about cost and time over-runs in CGEWHO schemes. Yaar, kya ye bhi builder hi hote ja rahe hain??? Lucky ones in the draw should fight for early completion of the project. Already too much delay for such a small thing – which could have been solved much earlier pending post facto approval by the Governing Council.

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

the cgewho keeps insisting the rates will be 2700…plus a minimum cost escalation of 50 % ( the project is sure to be delayed going by the history of cgewho)…five years from now we would hav paid 3500+…private builders are booking flats in noida extension at rates below this…even the jaypee greens in noida was around 4000 some time back…and these buildrs dont escalate…i wonder if it will be a sensible decision to invest in a non transparent non professional cgewho?

    But what is the rate?????

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

    Wh……………..a……t ? Sooooooooooo…..late ?
RTI is the only redressal. Just wait…………..

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

    Dear friends,

latest news – draw of lots is expected in the 3rd week of Feb 2013 ! At least, CGEWHO have come out with a probable date ! It is high time we withdraw from the scheme and invest in some upcoming projects in noida expressway.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Please all applicants- write down your name & phone numbers below.. I will call everyone for gathering and further course of action against CGEWHO.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

We are bloody fools – Lala Dukhi Chand breed ! From this site, it seems everybody is waiting that someone else would speak on his/her behalf. If this is not so, this site should have been more vocal. Thats why we are befooled so easily and we can only lament afterwards ! Come on, be vocal, share some thought so that we all are united for a common cause – a roof on our head, at least !

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Kab tak sab kuchh settle hoga?

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

CGEWHO mentioned that they shall endevour for increase in FAR & maximise number of houses .Now maximum permissible limit of FAR in greater Noida is 350.Hence CGEWHO must try for what they promised .By utilizing maximum FAR they can give flats to 90 to 100% applicants.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

I think this is a five year plan.
why this scheme is taking so much time ?
that is the reason nobody have faith in govt.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Hum intezaar karenge tera qayamat tak …. 🙂

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Dear, please understand more the numbers, more the strength of the allottees. Because less people will not be able to unite and have a forceful say against the CGEWHO management. Otherwise, they should have utilized max FAR – what they are going to loose ? Nobody has even bothered to find out from the noida authority what was the cost of the allotted land. Its a throwaway price. Because at that time people even did not dream of going to settle/live in Greater Noida. Now a days, its a developmed area. Please be careful, we will pay the exact cost price of the land plus building costs etc. BUT NEVER TODAY'S ESCALATED PRICE OF THE ALLOTTED LAND ACQUIRED LONG LONG AGO.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Plot area of greater noida scheme is 40 acre. FAR limit is increasedfrom 275 to 350 by greater noida authorty. Why CGEWHO AUTHORTIES not trying for higher FAR. With maximum FAR approx 5000 flats can be built.By doing so dream of many more famailies can be full filled at reduceed price.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

OK huge goof-ups…possible… this greater noida lottery looks quite a dramatic wonder blunder…hope ultimately I get what I want …God favour me all the luck 😛

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Friends, there will be huge goof-ups; be ready to get the rejection letter and also wait for the appliction money. There will be a pre-planned and pre-orchestrated draw of lots. Its very easy to manipulate the computerized draw. Just wait and see !

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

it has been learnt that cgewho authorities are hands in gloves with private builders in the area and thereby making every effort to jeopardise the projec

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Employees in this 7 year band (2004 to 2011) will apply now. The total number will increase.. any guesses how much the number will become?
I think the total applicants may go upto 5000 to 5,500/- and each category will be swelling by 15-25% .
My guess is on higher side but that is perhaps realistic…
What say ? Any more guesses?

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

one year already past please tell me when the action taken of draw of g.d.scheme

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Sorry you can not change category … that is a surprisingly dumb query

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

You may send an urgent request to cgewho. They may consider – they may not. It is upto them. In my case too, I have sent a request. But nothing has been heard so far. We are at their mercy.

    BREAKING NEWS….., BREAKING NEWS,……BREAKING NEWS,

If people are not cheated again, following will be the approx cost of each flat :

    Type A – Rs. 8,22,000 – 10,27,500 (after price escalation)
    Type B – Rs.13,87,500 – 16,65,000 (after price escalation)
    Type C – Rs.18,00,000 – 21,76,500 (after price escalation)
    Dype D – Rs.25,80,000 – 30,96,000 (after price escalation)

Be united. They may tinker with these figures to our disadvantage.

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

rumour… NPS holder must apply for Type-B

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

Property rates in that area is 2600 Rs/sqft.
so present rate will as follows..
      1BHK 2600 x 685 = 17,81000
      2BHK 2600 x 1110 = 28,86000
      3BHK 2600 x 1445 = 36,79000
      4BHK 2600 x 2064 = 53,66400

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

the land has been purchased in 1996 @ Rs600 per sq meter. therefore per sq cost of land is about Rs 55. Hence the cost should be, keeping in view CGEWHo a non profit organisatio, 55 plus 1300rs sq construction cost. Take 500 lac per head in to account for the common area

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

I was informed by the Reception of CGEWHO, Janpath that the price will not be less than 2700 Rs/square feet. What the hell going on???

    • faltu.com 12 years ago

      she replied same to me

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Brother from Income Tax deptt., surely you are eligible. Better apply for type D if you have strong purse, otherwise go for type A. Competition is less in these two categories. Choice is yours.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Applicants of type A & B will be most benefited, as there is less competition. Those who have applied or will be applying for type B will be 90% sure of allotment in the draw. So is the case of type A. Maximum number of people have applied for type C and therefore there will be huge competition and chance of allotment in the draw is roughly 13.5%, where as in type B chance is 79%, and in type A it is 74%. In category/type
D is chance of allotment is 39%.

    • Anonymous 12 years ago

I and my colleagues have applied for type 'B', As per my consensus, there might be huge application for the Type 'B' as it is cost effective so there will be much competition for Type 'B'. Most of the person are only applying for the investment purposes, not for any requirements.

I am from income tax department, under new pension scheme. I wanna know that whether i can apply for this scheme or not.

Now at long last, some relief is in sight. The Kumbhkarn has awaken from deep slumber. Dear friends, keep the pressure going. Be vocal on this site, otherwise they will again dilly-dally the project. Even now, everything is not crystal clear. See, 10th september is the last date of application. Hardly a week's time is required to scrutinize the new applications. That is, by the end of September we may legitimtely expect the date of DRAW !! Dear applicants, in my next post i will give you an idea about the proposed approx cost of a flat. Yes, i am privy to this news. I know the cost of the land procured from Mulayam govt. long long ago.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

please, please…………….do something over this issue.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

its my humble request to all applicants kindly be active and lets gather in front of cgewho office & keep on sending RTI application and queries through e mails . don't let this scheme go into hands of corrupt people who r planning to take advantage.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Read about the upcoming project at greater Noida. I am unable to make out whether the retired central government employee who does not have his own house is eligible to apply or not? Please Clarify.

Something is going to take place within next one month. We must havbe patience since we have walked a long path. But we should not forget the INTEREST ACCRUED ON OUR DEPOSITED AMOUNT. They should disclose how much interest our appliction money has earned. Please be united on this single point.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

    Dear friends,

Good idea. some one has to take the lead. Lets gather in front of Cgewgho office/indian oil bhawan. Have anybody guts to come at the cost of only a day's C.L.? If there is unanimity, let fix the date for 31 Aug 2012 (friday) at 11 A.M. sharp. Even if 50 people gather, we will be able to gather some vital information the the cgewgho boss (its shame to call them boss !). Then, friends, it is fixed on 31.8.2012 Friday at 11 AM. Please do come for sake of ourvelves only. Lets see how many feedback is received at this site. I am not mentioning my name lest I become the fallguy of the cgewgho management. It is obvious. We all should remain anonymous till our proposed gathering on 31st. Good luck and jai hind !

PLS PAY INTEREST @ 18 PERCENT AS PVT BUILDERS DEMAND IN CASE OF LATE PAYMENT. PEOPLE SHOULD WRITE FOR RTI REPLIES AND GIVE THE REPLIES TO MEDIA PERSONS AND WE CAN ALSO GO TO THE COURT AND ASK WHERE OUR MONEY HAS GONE DURING THE LAST 15 MONTHS AND HOW MUCH THEY HAVE EARNED FROM OUR DEPOSITS.OUR SINCERE EFFORTS WILL CERTAINLY BEAR SOME FRUIT. GOOD LUCK.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH INTEREST EARNED BY CGEWHO TILL DATE. EVERYBODY IS WAITING FOR THE DRAW TO BE HELD AND INTEREST @ 18 PER CENT BE PAID TO THE APPLICANTS AS PVT BUILDERS DEMAND IN CASE OF LATE PAYMENT. AS PER ADVT. DRAW WAS TO BE HELD IN THREE MONTHS BUT NOW IT IS MORE THAN 15 MONTHS. WHO EATS OUR INTEREST ? WE MUST APPLY RTI REPLIES FROM THEM WHY DELAY AND WHY NO INTEREST. AFTER THAT, WE MUST APPROACH THE MEDIA AND COURT TO DECIDE WHY THIS DELAY AND DELAY AND FIX THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICERS CONCERNED AND PUNSHING THEM IF THEY ARE WRONG. OR ATLEAST THEY SHOULD PAY INTEREST IF THERE IS DELAY IN DRAW . WE WANT NATURAL JUSTICE AND NOT BEGGING. WE WILL WIN CERTAINLY IF WE FIGHT – GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF U.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

I have invested my retirement money on this. I don't have home and now onwards I will be on road. Please do something to announce the allotte names or returned back the money to us. These are hard earning money of Govt. employees.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

when maximum FAR limit increased up to 3.5 by GNIDA.WHY CGEWHO going for 2.75.They must go for max possible FAR to accomadiate more applicant as weell as to bring down the prices.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

CGEWHO SHOULD DECLARE THE RESULT AND REFUND THE MONEY OF NON-ALLOTTEES, OTHERWISE PAY THE INTEREST.

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

Lets form an association nothing moves in India without numbers

  • Anonymous 12 years ago

There is an urgent need to take the officials of the CGEWHO to task.Such poor accountability is unacceptable . By locking our hard earned money for so long we have been deprived of even exploring other options outside as prices continue to increase. Above all is the total lack of communication with the applicants. Looks like something fishy is going on. Let us fix a date and time when all of us will meet and go together to the CGEWHO
