Re: Offer of Possession in CGEWHO’s Housing Project at Avadi, Poonamallee-Avadi Main Road Chennai (Phase II) Project
Dear Beneficiary,
Please refer to para 4, 9 and 10 of letter No. A-507/2 dated 16 Jan 2012, vide which possession was offered to all beneficiaries of CGEWHO’s Chennai (Phase II) Housing Scheme.
2. In this connection, I am directed to inform you that last date of taking over possession may be read as 30th September 2012 or within 30 days from the date of obtaining electricity connection from Tamil Nadu Electricity Board after issue of Completion Certificate from CMDA & Avadi Municipality whichever is later instead of 30th June, 2012, the date was communicated to all beneficiaries vide CGEWHO’s letter dated 16/6/2012.
3. Further, other time limits as given in para 10 of the aforesaid letter shall be regulated as per clause no. 28 of CGEWHO rules of Part B.
