On 20th October 2005 I have joined RITES ltd on deputation from Railway. On 20th October 2010 by technical resignation had been accepted by railway and i was permanently absorbed in RITES ltd. But due to some personal problem I again applied to railway that I want to return back with same seniority, post, pay and job continuity. Accordingly my technical resignation was cancelled by the competent authority of Railway from the date of acceptance and I rejoined Railway on 1st July 2011. Due to this my seniority was maintained but I am getting one increment short because I did not perform job in Railway from 20th October 2010 to 30th June 2011.
Now my question is whether there is any rule so that I may be allowed to get that increment. My email address – [email protected]
