Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Govt of India, Udyog Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi – 110011 has issued a Circular regarding Engagement of Retired Central Govt Officer as Consultant vide his No. F.No. A-12024/1/2011-Admin dated 05-01-2012.
Subject : Engagement of Retired Central Govt. Officers as Consultants in the Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industry & Public Enterprises.
The Department of Heavy Industry proposes to prepare a panel of officers who have retired from Central Secretariat Service at the Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- & above, for engagement as Consultants. They should have experience of minimum 10 years in Administration/Record Management/Finance/Procurement and Legal matters. The initial engagement will be for a period of one year and may continue further subject to their performance & availability of vacancies. The maximum age limit is 65 years.
2. Such persons would get an amount of Rs.20,000/- PM subject to ensuring that such amount plus pension plus dearness pension should not exceed the last pay drawn plus dearness allowance thereon.
3. The willing retired officers of Central Govt. are requested to send their Bio-Data and contact details, specially mentioning the details of their experience in the Government to the undersigned positively by 20th January 2012.
