As per gservant.com the long awaited order for granting one increment on 01.01.2006 to Central Government Employees, whose DNI falls between 02.01.2006 to 30.06.2006 in 5th CPC may be issued after UP and GOA Election i.e. 1st week of March, 2012.
Expected outcome of order:
1. Increment will be granted in the pre-revised 5th CPC scale on 01.01.2006 and increased Basic Pay will be multiplied by 1.86 or corresponding 6th CPC chart.
2. Option for fixation of Pay also effected and chance for revision of Option may be granted.
