Reason:
Ms. Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General, prays for and is granted three months’ time finally to work out the modalities for implementation of the one rank-one pension principle on which the Tribunal has passed the impugned judgment.
The principle is also, it appears, covered by the decision of this Court in Union of India & Anr. v. SPS Vains (Retd.) & Ors. – (2008) 9 SCC 125.
Post after three months finally.
We make it clear that no further time will be granted for the purpose of implementation of the impugned judgment.

It is Shame ful of PM, Last 27 days IESM are sitting on Hunger strike, PM is not bothered about our Hunger strike, PM didn't feel it is his prime duty to solve OROP issue, PM is interested in forigen tours, he is least bothered about ESM, Govt is treating us in the worest possible manner. . this treatment meted to us may force some of the ESM to act like Nathuram godse.
why SC didn't intervene so for, so many days, it is a gimmic played by Govt to buy time, we will not withdraw our Relay hunger strike till the Govt. gives a date, when OROP will be implement, SC will again postpone the verdict. like vice it will drag till the 7 th PC. we will not let it happen.
Will this be last intervention by the SC on the OROP Scheme? Let us hope that the adamant government is brought to its knees by the SC.
