MNS OFFICERS NEVER FACE HARDSHIP CONDITIONS,WHY THEY ARE GETTING MSP

    • Anonymous 8 years ago

If somebody is getting a benefit, how are we bothered. Let's do away with this Indian CRAB-MENTALITY. WE should look at OUR OWN benefits. Such narrow-minded mentality is NOT good for our NATION.

    • Ajit Kumar 8 years ago

Hello everyone, Representative of any pay commission of defence personnel are officers. They have so called CRAB MENTALLY & NARROW MIND as they benefit themselves first from the central govt. fund alloted for entire service personnel salary. They ought to be ashamed of themselves as they don't think of their men who do most of their official even personal work leaving them with the comfort of their cozy office cabin with all amenities.

    • Ajit Kumar 8 years ago

MNS officers comes under defence so they are receiving MSP and as they are officer so they receive higher MSP as compared to a soldier facing direct bullets at LOC or facing siachin avalanche.
Such a CRAB MENTALITY of our officers reprentating at Pay Commission.

  • Ajit Kumar 8 years ago

Why MSP is different for PBORs and Officers? Rather PBORs face most hardships and are less privileged than Officers. It should be equal for all serving personnel may be officer or PBOR.

    Thanks

MSP being 'pay' is related to a person's pay. It is not a hardship allowance, even allowances are related to pay -higher the pay greater the allowances. If your logic is accepted then a Jawan should get higher pay than the Army Chief because of the 'hardship' factor raised by you. Try and be logical.

It is seen that orders for implementation of 7 CPC have been issued for all except the Armed Forces. What could be the reasons for delay in implementing revise pay scales/pensions for them?

    • Anonymous 8 years ago

Because this Govt continues to hood-wink the Armed Forces and its pensioners. We have been made 'monkeys' of from way far back as 1973 (at the time of the 4th CPC). As no Chief RESIGNED over the REDUCTION in pension from 75% of last drawn pay to it present 50% – in total disregard of the NORM the WORLD OVER – the Govt, briefed and 'programmed' by the IAS pays SCANT RESPECT to our problems and agonies. WE are the actual CAUSE for the shabby treatment that is bestowed on us. If Chiefs had put their foot down then by RESIGNING, we wouldn't be in the sorry state we find our selves in. WE'VE SHOT OURSELVES IN THE FOOT !!! JAI HIND !! And long-live gutless Chiefs.
