COMMENTS
The reduction in OROP Pension due to their Qualifying Service being lesser was adopted and being paid w.e.f.1.7.2014.Now that the Qualifying Service was De-linked w.e.f.1.1.2016, the OROP too should come under revision the revision in line with the order of De-linking of Qualifying Service w.e.f.1.7.2014 and the pension revised accordingly. The Govt. specially the Hon'ble Prime Minister & Defence Minister should intervene and award justice to the Veterans of Defence Services.
When money will come to their account? Some one will file a case in the court to block the implementation and poor ex servicemen suffer.Govt. shall implement the the same and and changes can be done later.
