Sub: Extension of validity period of services to CGHS beneficiaries
In continuation to this Office letter No: E- 33/2017/CGHS/TVM/2858-2864 dated: 09.10.2017 the following HCOs will be continuing as an empanelled HCO tinder CGHS Trivandrum for further One year with effect from 01.11.2017 to 31.10.2018 with existing terms and conditions of MoA dated 01.11.2017 or till the new empanelment process, whichever is earlier.
