Sub: Acceptance of recommendation of Committee regarding constitution of the committee members as required to be constituted under Rule-7(4) and Rule 7(5) under Chapter-VI and Rule 8(2) under Chapter VII of Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Rules, 2024.

A committee of officers was nominated by Board for suggesting monitoring mechanism for implementation of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 and Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Rules, 2024.
2. The committee has given its recommendation regarding constitution of the committee members as required to be constituted under Rule-7(4) and Rule 7(5) under Chapter-VI and Rule 8(2) under Chapter VII of Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Rules, 2024.
3. The recommendation of the committee has been accepted by competent authority which is enclosed as Annexure-I and II for compliance of all concerned.
