Sub: Disempanelment of the HCO Garg Maternity and Surgical Hospital, Ambala -reg

I am directed to state in terms of the provisions of dis-empanelment laid down in Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence Letter No. 25(02)/2018/WE/D(Res-I) dated 10.10.2019[Para 11(d)], it has now been decided by the Competent Authority to dis-empanel the HCO Garg Maternity and Surgical Hospital, Ambala from the panel of Ex- Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) with immediate effect.
