Subject: – Clarification on pay fixation on grant of NFU from Level – 8 to Level – 9 (as per 7th CPC) in the cadre of AO/EO – regarding.
Sir/Madam,
With reference to subject cited above, this office has received several references from different zonal Offices requesting to provide necessary instruction on pay fixation on grant of NFU to EO/AO.
2. The matter has been examined in consultation with HRD and Audit Division and it has been decided that for pay fixation of the EO/AOs on grant of NFU in Level 9, Rule 13 of the CCS(RP) Rules, 2016 may be referred.
